Life Point Counseling
Our Team
Life Point Counseling was founded on a simple but profound belief: that our relationships—with others and with ourselves—are at the heart of our well-being. For over three decades, we’ve been privileged to walk alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges, strengthen their connections, and work toward lasting healing.
Our practice is built on compassion, mindfulness, and a deep respect for each person’s unique story. We understand that seeking therapy takes courage, and we’re honored that you’re considering taking this step with us. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, or simply seeking deeper connection and personal growth, our team is here to provide a safe, authentic space where you can be heard, understood, and supported.
At Life Point Counseling, we don’t just treat symptoms—we help you understand the patterns and dynamics that shape your emotional life. Through relationship-centered therapy informed by neuroscience and grounded in genuine human connection, we’re committed to helping you live more fully, love more deeply, and thrive in all your relationships.

For over three decades, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they work toward deeper connection, healing, and wholeness. My passion lies in helping people strengthen their relationships — because so often, challenges like depression, anxiety, and trauma are intertwined with the quality of our connections to others and to ourselves.
My approach is deeply person-centered, grounded in mindfulness, and informed by interpersonal neuroscience. I integrate these perspectives to help clients understand the emotional patterns and relational dynamics that can be difficult to see, yet profoundly shape our well-being. Together, we work toward insight, healing, and practical change that allows for genuine growth and renewed closeness.
After more than thirty years in practice, I continue to be humbled by the courage and resilience of those who seek therapy. I value and respect each person’s unique story and view therapy as a collaborative process — one that helps people become more fully themselves and live with greater authenticity and freedom.
A quote that has guided my life and work comes from Irenaeus of Lyons: “The glory of God is a human being fully alive.” This vision — of people living fully, compassionately, and connected — is at the heart of my work.

Since earning my Master’s degree from Bethel University in 2015, I’ve had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings—from home-based and school-based environments to outpatient care. My passion lies in meeting people exactly where they are and helping them discover strengths they may not yet recognize in themselves.
My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, grounded in an understanding of how the brain works and how we can rewire unhealthy patterns through neuroplasticity. I work with clients to build resilience, improve emotional regulation, and create sustainable healing—particularly during life’s most stressful seasons. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, family conflict, or the unique challenges that come with disabilities, I’m here to help you broaden your perspective, find clarity, and discover hope.
Much of my work focuses on supporting adolescents and families, and I bring particular insight into how technology impacts our relationships and contributes to anxiety and depression in today’s world. I believe therapy is about connection—creating a safe space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to move forward.
What inspires me most is seeing people uncover their resilience and potential. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you work toward deeper connection, healing, and a life that feels more authentic and whole.

I earned my Clinical Mental Health Counseling degree from Colorado Christian University and have dedicated my work to helping individuals, couples, and families across all ages and life stages. I have a special passion for walking alongside adolescents and teens as they navigate the challenges of growing up, discovering their identity, and building healthy relationships.
My approach is systemic and collaborative, meaning I look at how your relationships, environments, and life experiences shape your story. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strength-based practices to help clients build insight, resilience, and create meaningful change. I believe in speaking life into people—seeing their potential, affirming their worth, and helping them recognize the strengths they carry even in difficult seasons.
I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly heard and empowered to move forward. As a Christian, I’m able to integrate faith into the counseling process when desired, while also welcoming and deeply respecting clients from all spiritual and cultural backgrounds.
What inspires me most is witnessing the courage it takes to seek help and the transformation that follows when people feel safe, seen, and supported. I’m honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and deeper connection.

Family Counselor
I’m currently completing my degree and licensure through Crown College, and I felt called to counseling because of my passion for helping people feel truly seen, heard, and known. With an undergraduate degree in Ministry and Leadership and experience in both full-time ministry and corporate settings, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to the therapeutic space.
My approach is relational and authentic—I show up as my genuine self and believe that connection happens when people feel safe to do the same. I naturally connect with clients where they are, speaking life into their stories and helping them see strengths and possibilities they may not yet recognize in themselves. Whether you’re processing big questions, navigating transitions, or just trying to catch your breath, you deserve a space where you can show up fully as yourself.
Balancing school, family life with two incredibly fun kiddos, and a dinner table that’s usually full of friends and family has given me a deep appreciation for the complexity and beauty of being human. I understand the messiness of real life, and I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, clarity, and encouragement.
What inspires me most is witnessing people discover their own resilience and worth. I’m honored to be part of your journey toward healing, growth, and deeper connection.
