Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know you and understand what brings you to therapy. We’ll discuss your current concerns, goals, and any questions you have about the process. Sessions typically last 50-60 minutes, and all conversations are confidential and held in a safe, nonjudgmental space. During your first visit, you can expect to:

Our Location
We are located two blocks north of Pella Corporation. There is no parking on Main Street, however, we have parking available across Peace Street in the church parking lot or in our driveway behind the Life Point house. If you need assistance getting into our building, please let us know.
Our address is 315 Main Street, Pella, IA 50219.
Directions: We're located on the corner of Main St and Peace Street in downtown Pella.
Parking: Free parking is available at the church parking lot directly across Peace Street.

What Insurance do you accept?
We accept the following insurance providers:
Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Sheild, Aetna, Optum, United Healthcare, United Behavioral Health, TriCare West
Self-Pay Rates:
Are on a sliding scale determined with attending therapist and paid at the time of service.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards, and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards.
Out-of-Network Reimbursement: If we’re not in-network with your insurance provider, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. You are responsible for determining with your insurance company whether your provider is in or out of net-work.
